(May 21-23, 2025, Suzhou) - TKS Additive exhibited its Thermoplastic Carbon Fiber Composite technology suite (AFP/Welding/Winding based on ICAM) and launched the compact desktop AFP machine TKS LAB. Designed for AFP and winding process development, it features:

AFP/Winding for common matrices (PA6, PC, etc.)

High-curvature placement via B-axis; Optional positioner for motor rotor housing winding

Integrated FDM head (short fiber) for cores, stiffeners, contours, and gap filling

Upgradable to TKS LAB-L for automated placement of PEEK 12K carbon fiber prepreg.
